ICJR East (the Combined 14th Annual ISK and European Knee Associates Conference)
October 4 - 6, 2013 • New York, NY
Over the years, the Insall Scott Kelly Course has enhanced its curriculum, increased significantly in attendance, and expanded its reach globally. Our 2013 Course promises to be better than ever as we are combining our efforts with the European Knee Associates to bring to you a truly global congress - ICJR EAST!
- Live Surgeries
- Interactive Case Discussions
- Scientific Poster and Podium Presentations
This congress covers cutting edge methods of diagnosis and repair of tears to the meniscus of the knee, the anterior, posterior, medial, and lateral ligaments, the patella, and damage to cartilage. The latest methods and technological advances involved in total knee and hip replacement are standard elements of the program, as well as problematic hips and knees encountered frequently in athletic or overuse patients. In the ISK tradition, this congress will offer great depth into diagnosis and treatment protocols for younger athletic patients in terms of surgical techniques, implant choices, arthroscopic options, and dealing with complications and bone loss.
Clinical studies, surgeon feedback, retrospective analysis, and surgeon-to-surgeon interaction are all part of a very active, fast moving assessment of the best implant possibilities and surgical options at any given moment. ICJR East represents an opportunity to effectively access the state of the art for implant use and related surgical procedures, especially as they relate to the athlete and the active older patient.
